The RF Machine pictured to the right, was designed to produce a complex air bladder with a large seal area. While we are capable of working with you on your most difficult products, we also work closely with several  talented companies that produce excellent heat sealing and trim tooling. With this in mind, we are able to put together full turnkey systems. When complete, the tooling and RF Sealers produce samples of your final production parts on our floor to your satisfaction prior to shipment and set up on your manufacturing floor.

The specialized machine (green dual headed Thermotron) show to the left was developed to produce a large number of bad seals in an inflatable mattress bladder. Instead of sealing the entire part in one stroke, which would have required an RF machine over 100KW and would have had issues on a regular bases due to the size of the seal area, Selaectric felt it was far more effective to join one RF Welder with a ‘dummy’ press to seal on baffle at a time. The most challenging part of this particular project was in the accuracy of the automated traveling base plate, which carried the materials for each bladder. However, when completed the specialized heating sealing machine was able to produce more sealed goods per hour than the companies existing, overpriced, RF heating sealing equipment.
